Cardio-training:

Session based on basic movements. Training alone and with a bag.

The session will also consist of  muscular reinforcement and stretching.

Every Thursday (to prepare the Spartacus Run)

To prepare the Spartacus Run, the kickboxing team organizes many running sessions.

Every Friday

Kickboxing Techniques:

Session based on training your techniques with a partner combined with stretching.
